Sasha

<<Sasha from Paris and Diesal.JPG>> Hi Jamie and Bill,

Here is a picture of Sasha, just in case you want to put it up on your
website. She is soooo cute and what a social butterfly! She likes
everyone, humans and dogs! She's just not too crazy about cats (she's
scared of them... Mind you, the only cats she met were bigger than her
and not so friendly!). She is also very sweet with our rabbit,
everytime the cage is open she sticks her nose in and kisses the rabbit,
it's adorable (the bunny doesn't quite know what to think but I think
it's cute!).

She particularly likes to play with bigger dogs which gives me a heart
attack because I am always scared they are going to hurt her but no, she
holds her own and is definetly no push over, what a great personality!

A lot of people have asked me if she was the first born in her litter
because she has such a strong personality and is so gutsy and fearless,
were you there when they were born? Just out of curiosity, do you know?
Either way, I bet you anything that she was probably bossing all her
litter mates around cause she certainly rules over our house!!!!

I also believe she thinks she's a parrot because whenever I am on the
couch watching tv, she loves to sit on my shoulder, just like a bird
would do?!? It's quite sweet, yet strange! My daughter's theory is
that Sasha wants to feel taller!!!

You can rest assured that she is spoiled silly and that she comes
everywhere with us. She loves to take long walks (she is a very good
walker - she can go for ever, I usually get tired before her!) and loves
to go play at the park (she actually knows the way and walks a lot
faster when we are going in that direction!). I have to tell you that I
am now officially a poodle person! I grew up with Great Danes and was
very worried about getting a small dog because I was scared it would be
a "yappy scarded little thing" but my daughter absolutely wanted a toy
poodle so I gave in. I should tell you that now, I am completely
converted to poodles! Sasha is fabulous, fearless and not yappy at all.
Actually, she barely ever barks.

Anyway, got to go so I'll talk to you later!

More Cournoyea's poodles

Hi Jamie,

Well, after the first day with the new guy, we've decided to go with
"Hanky Panky" for a name. Hank for short. He is just the smartest
little pup. You can see him processing his thoughts while he looks
around taking everything in. I'm so smitten! What a sweet personality
on top of his stunning looks and excellent breeding. Oh my goodness
he's the sweetest little kissy bug. I can't thank you enough for
raising such a spectacular little dude!

Anyway, thought you might like to see him cavorting with his new
sisters. He had a great time this evening when I took everyone for
our nightly hike. He does love to run. There's nothing that swells
the heart more than watching poodles enjoy themselves. He loves it
here. We love him dearly!

Hope you like the pics!

Jan

Hi Jamie!

Just wanted to send along a couple of pics.

Isla is doing well.

Anyway, I love her so much. My mom comes from Vancouver
next week and is dying to meet her. That is the update. Talk soon!

PS: people stop me everywhere to ask about Isla.
 I have referred you several times. Maybe you've been contacted . . . ;)

Linda Mann's second poodle!

Hi Jamie:
It has been a very busy week looking after little Charlie but he is doing great. He is so smart.  He has learned several commands and waits in front of the cupboard with the dog treats when he wants one.  He has been excellent going outside 99% of the time.  We have had only a few indoor accidents.
He had his initial wellness check up and his first vaccines and both vets are very impressed with Charlie. The main vet said he is a very good well bred puppy.  He was very taken with how well he behaved and was so friendly to him.
He adores Brandy and she plays with him until they both get tired.  She still has her domain on the couch but otherwise they share everything. Brandy is so much more playful now and plays with all her toys with Charlie. He is a sweet but high energy little guy.
Attached is a picture of both of them waiting for a treat.
Regards
Linda Mann
